Shipping & Handling Policies:
Effective 5-27-08, we offer free ground shipping & handling (to the lower 48 states and APO/FPO addresses) for orders exceeding $200.00. For orders totaling lower than $200, here is the shipping & handling breakdown:
· Total order = less than $10: shipping & handling charge will be $5.50 (to the lower 48 states and APO/FPO)
· Total order = from $10 to $39.99: shipping & handling charge will be $10.00 (to the lower 48 states and APO/FPO)
· Total order = from $40 to $99.99: shipping & handling charge will be $13.00 (to the lower 48 states and APO/FPO)
· Total order = from $100 to $200.00: shipping & handling charge will be $18.00 (to the lower 48 states and APO/FPO)
Upon receipt of payment, most orders are shipped out within 2-5 business days. We typically use U.S. Postal Service, FedEx Ground, or UPS.
APO/FPO Customers: Our standard shipping policies apply to U.S. Personnel who can provide a valid APO/FPO address.
We ship to APO and FPO addresses daily
There may be a surcharge for orders which require shipping to AK, HI, Canada, and elsewhere. Large, bulk orders being shipped to APO or FPO may be subject to shipping charges at the prevailing USPS rate. Please inquire with us prior to placing your order, so that we may custom quote you shipping fees.
International customers: We currently do not ship any products outside of the U.S., unless they are going to U.S. Personnel who can provide a valid APO or FPO address.

Replica Firearms Policy:
Note: The U.S. States of California and Kansas now require that all replica gun purchases include a mounting plaque. Either item number 27-500 or 27-503 may be used for this purpose. Please be sure to either either one of them to your cart, if you live in either CA or KS.
Return/Refund/Exchange Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will gladly exchange the items, or offer you a full refund (less shipping fees) if returned within 7 days of delivery. The exception to the full-refund policy is that gun parts, gun stocks, optical sights and scopes are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Items must be in a unused and re-sellable condition, with original packaging and all documentation.
Clothing & Footwear Size Exchanges: We will exchange articles of clothing or footwear for the same item in a different size. You must contact us first regarding return instructions, and we ask that you cover shipping costs of the original item back to us. However, we will cover shipping of the newly exchanged item back to you, providing you are located in the Continental U.S. Please be sure to check our clothing size chart link on the far left, to reduce the chance of an incorrect size choice upon ordering. Undergarments and swimwear may not be returned or exchanged. Once an item is altered or washed, we cannot accept it for return under any circumstances.
Note: you must contact us for a return authorization prior to shipping items back for refund or exchange.
