Folds relatively flat until needed; the pouch then expands to an large size. The semi-rigid fold-out walls fix securely and keep the pouch properly shaped to hold expended magazines or to hold contraband seized from suspects.
The outer left side of the pouch features three strips of MOLLE strapping. Each of the strips has three MOLLE attachment points, for a total of nine on the pouch.
The outer right side of the pouch has a velcro flapped pouch, for the storage of misc. items.
